1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email at ronald@beachgrocery.store.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer Global Shipping to most countries and regions.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance or local postal service issues.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
ToyVibe is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team at ronald@beachgrocery.store within 48 hours of delivery. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and include photos of the damage for faster processing.
6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address.
